Golden Circle and Snowmobiling in Iceland

First up is Thingvellir, a historic and geological wonder. Here, you’ll witness the rift between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates, where the ground is literally splitting apart. It’s truly a sight you won’t forget anytime soon!

Second, we’ll then continue to Geysir, a natural wonder that gives you a glimpse into the power of Iceland’s geothermal activity. Picture yourself there witnessing the eruption of the famous Strokkur geyser, which spouts hot water up to 30 meters high! Further, it erupts anywhere between 7-15 minutes.

Third, after Geysir, we’ll head to Gullfoss Waterfall, one of Iceland’s most stunning waterfalls. In fact, many deem it the “Niagara Falls of Iceland.” To illustrate, the sheer power of the water cascading down the rocky cliffs is a sight that is absolutely a must see. You’ll also have the opportunity to take a short hike to get even closer to the falls. Note: During winter conditions the closer area may be closed due to danger factors.

There is an alternative available… The super jeep driver can just take you onto the glacier for a photo op or two while the others adventure.

If required you must provide your own car seat. Per Icelandic LAW: Children under 135 cm must use a child car seat when travelling in a car. Taller children are free to use car seats as long as the car seat is intended for children of that height and weight. Children under 150 cm must not sit in front of an active airbag. For snowmobiling optional extra please note:

The snowmobile option information is available and bookable during the checkout process.
This is a 3-4 hour experience
A valid driver’s license is required to drive the snowmobile.
Timings may be delayed or cancelled due to weather and road conditions.
2 persons share the same snowmobile, a single person per vehicle costs extra (please reach out to us if you would like this option).
The age limit is 6 years and must be accompanied by an adult.
Only one child is permitted per adult on this tour.
Dress according to the weather. In Iceland it is always smart to dress in warm, waterproof clothes, weather changes are sudden so expect the unexpected.
Minimum number for this tour is 4 persons.
